GM1: Vernon College Chaps Varsity Loses Lead Early In Defeat

Vernon College Chaps Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 5-0 loss to WOSC on Tuesday. WOSC took the lead on a double in the second inning.

WOSC got things moving in the second inning, when #8 doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

One bright spot for Vernon College Chaps Varsity was a double by Noah Anderson in the fourth inning.

#30 got the start for WOSC. undefined allowed one hit and zero runs over four innings, striking out seven.

Justin Karbowski started the game for Vernon College Chaps Varsity. The righthander went six innings, allowing five runs on nine hits, striking out six and walking zero.

WOSC tallied two home runs on the day. #19 went for the long ball in the third inning. #8 put one out in the third inning.

GM2: Vernon College Chaps Varsity Clinches Lead In Ninth Inning For Victory Over WOSC

Vernon College Chaps Varsity snatched the lead late in the game in a 10-8 victory over WOSC on Tuesday. The game was tied at seven with Vernon College Chaps Varsity batting in the top of the ninth when Zak Betancourt tripled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Bats blistered as Vernon College Chaps Varsity collected ten hits and WOSC tallied 11 in the high-scoring game.

WOSC opened up scoring in the second inning. An error scored one run for WOSC.

In the bottom of the seventh inning, WOSC tied things up at seven.  #10 drove in one when #10 singled.

Vernon College Chaps Varsity put up six runs in the fourth inning.  Noah AndersonCade HamiltonRece Parker, and Brendon Concannon each had RBIs in the big inning.
