VERNON, TX. - The Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Softball Players of the Week for the week of Jan. 24-30.

 

Kaila Eastburn of Vernon College is the NTJCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week.

The freshman from Ontario, CA went 2-0 for the week. In 10 innings pitched, she allowed just 5 hits and 3 earned runs while striking out 21 and walking only 4. She was just as productive at the plate with 2 triples, a home run, 4 RBIs and 4 runs scored.
