Community Involvement

Community Involvement

Being a student - athlete in college is a full-time job but when we have the opportunity to get involved in the community, we take it. This past weekend we were able to give high fives, spread excitement, lend a helping hand during the Bacon Fest and at the Tyson picnic and last but not least we were able to put out pinwheels for Suicide Awareness Month.  It was a GREAT weekend and allowed us as a team to spend quality time together. The game of softball is what brought us all together from different parts of the US, but events like this weekend prove that it is much bigger than a sport. Thank you to Shive and Central Elementary for letting us kickoff our weekend with y'all and thank you to Wright Brand for allowing us to be apart of your big celebration! Chaps are always here to help as well as listen to anyone that is in need!
